Delivery / Self Collection

Orders will be typically ready for delivery / collection, 2-3 working days prior to order confirmation. You will be advised via WhatsApp on your delivery / collection dates.

Self-collection is strictly at our Boon Lay Outlet.

Q: Can i request for a refund if i due to change of mind upon delivery / collection date?

A: We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and our bakes have been prepared. Each order was baked fresh upon order confirmation to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Q: Can i request for a refund if i found discolouration on your products?

A: We accept returns and offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be untouched, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We will not bear the cost of return shipping. We seek your kind understanding of our policy, which is designed to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.
